Because I realized when I got divorced over 9 years ago that I’d spent most of my life waiting: waiting for a better car, bigger house, higher promotion, more money, more time, better health etc. etc. And in the process I’d missed out on enjoying life, of living in the now, of seeing my children grow up, of spending time with those I love, of learning new things, stretching my experiences and building memories along the way.
